When you submit a request on this site, we forward your information to a licensed Denver-area plumber who matches your need. That plumber contacts you directly. We earn a referral fee when the connection is made — we have no part in pricing, scheduling, or the work itself.
We operate this way because it gives homeowners faster access to vetted local pros than calling general directories or hoping the first Google result is actually local.
Our Vetting Criteria
We don't refer every plumber who contacts us. These are the minimum standards a pro has to meet before we'll pass along a homeowner's information.
Active Colorado plumbing license
Colorado requires plumbers to hold a state-issued license. We verify active standing before referring any pro. Expired or unlicensed plumbers are not in our network.
General liability insurance ($1M minimum)
If something goes wrong inside your home, the plumber's liability coverage responds — not yours. We require proof of current coverage before any referral.
Workers' compensation coverage
Any technician working on your property should be covered if they're injured on the job. Uninsured labor puts homeowners at legal and financial risk. We require workers' comp for all referred crews.
Denver metro as a primary service area
We refer plumbers who serve the Denver metro as their primary territory — not contractors dispatching from the suburbs as an afterthought. Local primary-area operators respond faster and know Denver's housing stock.
Verifiable public reputation
We check Google reviews, BBB standing, and complaint history. No referral goes out to a contractor with unresolved complaints or a pattern of negative outcomes.
